Debi Lloyd – DIRECTOR

I started working in the Estate Agency sector 20 years ago.
I progressed from Sales Negotiator to Valuer. I changed career after 6 years to train as a Dental Nurse, I gained many qualifications in Dentistry but missed the pace and fulfilment of working in the property business so I jumped back in the game, I joined a well known local agency and again progressed through the ranks to become Sales Manager.

Following a tough year in 2020 I, as many people decided to re-evaluate my life and at this point with my friend and colleague of many years Wheatcroft & Lloyd was formed, I could not be happier, we are both in the same mindset and our goal is to make the moving journey as stress free as possible for our clients, we are passionate about people and customer service and I feel for the majority of people buying a house is the biggest purchase they make and I aim to make it happen with excitement rather than stress, Fran and I together with our team are here to help, we are the best team and strive to make our clients happy.

I have a busy family life with my partner Steve, children (well young adults) Molly and Matt and our three dogs Buddy, Ralph and Homer, not forgetting the tortoise Fergus!! I enjoy holidays to Greece.

Fran Wheatcroft – DIRECTOR

I have worked in the Estate Agency industry for almost 20 years, initially in Commercial Agency in Crewe. After a couple of years, I took a break and then returned to the same Company as part time Viewing Representative again in Crewe. This part time role quickly increased my thirst for Estate Agency and I helped in the office during lunch times and for holiday cover.

Eventually I was offered a fulltime position of Sales Negotiator and then Senior Sales Negotiator, in 2017 I became Branch Manager of the same Crewe office covering the whole Estate Agency sector including Auction properties.

Like a lot of people, the difficult year of 2020 made me re-evaluate my work / life balance. It was at this time along with my dear friend and colleague Debi we decided to set up our own agency and brought Lewis with us as our Sales Manager. As a team it is our desire to help people move whilst offering second to none customer service.

In my spare time I enjoy Spa days, reading, walking my dog, interior design and gardening. I do rather enjoy a Gin and Tonic but the greatest pleasure in my life are my Grandchildren Harry and Lily.

LISA LEIGH – SALES MANAGER

I have worked in the industry for 20 years from Negotiator to Sales Manager. After a brief 4 year retirement I have been lured back into the world of property and back into the role of Sales Manager.
In my spare time I enjoy socializing, eating out and holidays with my Husband.

Tom Lamb – SENIOR VALUER

I have worked in the Estate Agency industry for almost 30 years and I am delighted to be back working with Fran and Debi. My current role is Senior Valuer and my day to day duties involve visiting Vendor clients within their homes to appraise their property and to discuss the various ways in which we could market the property to suit their needs whether that be via the traditional route or via Auction. In my spare time I love spending time with my daughter, Emily, boating, walking and supporting my football team, Everton.

SARAH WHEATCROFT

I joined the team at Wheatcroft and Lloyd a year ago having been an at home Mummy since my Son was born 11 years ago. I love working in the office helping the sales team but also have a passion for photography so equally enjoy helping the Valuer with the instructions. I also fly the drone for our aerial photography.
In my spare time Ilike dining out, swimming and watching my Son on his Paddleboard.
